I developed the Carlile LEADER Program as a cohort-based, blended learning program to offer leadership development to leaders and aspiring leaders at every level of the organization. I ran a 3 month pilot followed by an 8 month Leader Essentials Program. We had an 83% completion rate across all levels and incredibly high engagement and ratings at all levels. Program reach was across all departments and terminals of the company, bringing participants together to build relationships across functional and geographic lines, building trust and breaking down silos in the process.
