I designed this e-learning using Articulate 360 Storyline to help solve a problem in our billing and receiving departments. Essentially, the goal was to train people how to use Truckmate (the operations system of record) to search for existing customers prior to entering them in as new, in order to avoid duplicate entries, which was causing major billing problems. This was a small project, however, the collaboration with the SMEs resulted in uncovering parts of their own processes that had not been made clear and resulted in a more solid operating procedure, as well as a solid training module.
